With as little as a bachelors degree, you could teach at the community college. Or maybe you lo ve and played college softball? Consider teaching sports at the high school. There are lots of openings in STEM subjects. If you have experience in science, technology, engineering or math, transitioning to a role with summers off is not a bad option. - Laura Handrick
